What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 central standard time.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Yes, we ship to the United States, Europe, including the UK, as well as many other territories around the world.

Are the prices in US dollars?

Yes, all prices quoted are in US dollars.

How long does it take to get my order?

Please allow up to 24hours for your order to ship after ordering. This time is needed to process your credit card and direct your order to one of our fulfillment centers. Once shipped most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days, however please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order in some instances. How long it takes to recieve your order may depend on where you are located. If your order is not delivered within 7 working days we will accept a return of product and refund your money, or exchange your product.

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What if there is a product I am interested in, but is not on your website?

Please call and ask our customer service team, they would be more than happy to check the availability of the requested product for you.

What if another company has a cheaper price?

We work hard to guarantee you the lowest prices; in the case you find a cheaper price please call or write us and we will beat it.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on all orders.

What is the difference between the products you are selling compared to the products I am buying locally?

The only difference is the cosmetic appearance of the packaging. As multinational manufacturers are required to package their products according to the distribution country's requirements, there may be slight packaging differences. However, rest assured that the product you order from us will always be the same product that you buy locally. In several cases, some products are manufactured by different manufacturers as the major patent holder for that product may provide marketing rights to different companies in specific jurisdictions. For example, Restylane is exclusively marketed by Medicis in North America, and it is marketed exclusively in Europe by Q-MED. Regardless, you will receive the exact same product with the exact same active ingredient.
